LES STANFORD CHEVROLET CADILLAC is Hiring a Business Development Center Representative Near Ferndale, MI

We are expounding upon our Business Development Center (BDC) team to keep up with our increasing business. If you are an experienced BDC representative, we are certain our compensation plan and business hours (no Saturdays!) will entice you! Dealership experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Through direction from the Business Development Lead (BDL), provide lead follow up and management through a CRM.
  • Support the Business Development Lead in both outbound and inbound initiatives..
  • Answer incoming sales/service calls, actively involved in TO (turn over culture), make outgoing calls, assist in coverage situations or special projects where needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication i.e. phone, e-mail, text, web chat.
  • Strong phone, computer and communication skills are a must.
  • Must be comfortable with calling previous customers and new leads.
  • Have an understanding or willingness to learn all of the dealership’s products and services.
  • Schedule and Confirm sales/service appointments. Reschedule missed sales/service appointments as needed.
  • Respond to internet inquiries within the predetermined time of receiving them.
  • Work with the sales/service staff to set and follow up with leads, appointments and other follow up activities.
  • Keep updated on new products, features, etc. and the benefit to our customers.
  • Able to multi-task and be a Team Player
  • Responsible for overall team success through established individual KPI’s.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the BDL.

The department business hours are:

Sales Department: Mon & Thurs 9am - 8pm. Tues, Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm.

Service Department: Mon - Fri 7am - 6pm.

This is a full-time (40 hours /week) position that we are looking to fill with the right person.
